7-day return window
Devices can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive defective (DOA) or damaged.
DOA replacement
Dead-on-arrival units are replaced free of charge after a short video verification on WhatsApp.
Eligible for return
- Device is defective, damaged or DOA on arrival
- Wrong item shipped
- Original packaging, accessories and seals intact
- Request raised within 7 days of delivery
Not eligible
- Digital products, freebies and AuraBox access (non-refundable once delivered)
- Physical damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modification
- Change of mind after 7 days
How to start a return
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and a short unboxing/issue video.
- Our team confirms eligibility within a few hours.
- We arrange pickup or share a return address.
- Refund is issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days after we receive the item.
